The project involves the expansion and reconstruction of provincial road no. 487 in the town of Olesno over a stretch of approximately 2.28 km. The investment includes, among others, changing the road’s route, construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path, sidewalks, a bridge structure, drainage, lighting, and reconstruction of technical infrastructure.
The project’s goal is to adapt the road to the parameters of class “G”, improve traffic safety, and enhance the comfort of movement for residents and road users.
As part of the project, an information and promotional campaign will also be carried out to increase the visibility of the project’s results co-financed by the European Union funds and to raise residents’ awareness about the role of European Funds in regional development.

2.28 km of reconstructed provincial road (class G, load capacity 115 kN/axle)
New pedestrian and bicycle path and sidewalks
Reconstructed bridge structure
Drainage and energy-efficient lighting
9 infrastructure elements adapted to the needs of people with disabilities (including 7 pedestrian crossings and 2 platforms)
